Authors and book clubs post reading schedules and event announcements almost exclusively to their
Instagram stories now. Any way to keep up with them without actually joining the platform? |

This is a real gap. Literary events often get posted to stories days before anywhere else and disappear after 24 hours. There are viewers that let you check public accounts without signing up |

Book community accounts are honestly some of the most active on stories, reading challenges, new release alerts, author Q&As, it all lives there. Started using InstaStoryViewer a few months back, public accounts load instantly with no login needed. Found a couple of author accounts I now check weekly, their stories include reading notes and shelf updates that never make it to the main feed. Works for local bookshops too since they post in-store events and signed copies only through stories. No account needed, no trace left on the accounts you check |
