Anyone download Instagram meal prep posts to refer back to during the week? I keep finding great
content but by the time I go to cook it I cannot find the post again |

The search on Instagram is useless for finding things you already saw. I bookmark everything but then I have hundreds of saves with no way to find what I need quickly. Need actual files somewhere |

Meal prep content on Instagram is useful but the saved posts folder is a mess when you have hundreds of things saved. Scrolling through it in the kitchen looking for a specific video is its own chore. I download the posts I actually plan to cook and sort them by meal type in a folder on my phone. The tool I have been using for this is SnapInsta , photos and videos both at full quality, no account needed. Ten seconds a post. Finding what I need in the kitchen now takes seconds instead of five minutes of scrolling. Changed how consistently I actually follow through on prep days |
