some companies say they serve wider areas but don’t always have the same availability or
experience outside the core city.

| That became obvious when I was helping family compare services farther north. Duct cleaning Newmarket — covers
north GTA and Simcoe County came up while looking at providers that regularly work beyond Toronto,
and it actually made me pay more attention to service areas. Companies used to working in those
regions often seem better prepared for different property types too.
