My friend and I are planning a trip to Italy in July, and we want to do some serious fishing in the
Tyrrhenian Sea. We’ve heard that Porto di Napoli has many great boats that are specially
equipped for deep-sea fishing. Has anyone tried their luck in these waters before? What kind of fish
can you catch this season? |

Are there any reliable guides in Porto di Napoli who know the “hot spots”? Is the
equipment included in the rental price, or do we need to bring everything ourselves? In general, how
difficult is it to book a weekend charter if we’re only staying for three days? |

Are you just the two of you? My friends and I went out to sea last summer from this very port. I'll
say right away that there are plenty of fish there, especially if the captain knows what he's doing.
We booked everything through GetBoat and read reviews on Reddit. The service seemed reliable. Plus,
you can choose a fully equipped fishing charter in Porto di
Napoli . They provided everything, from professional rods to bait, so we didn't have to bring
anything with us. The logistics were great, by the way. It took us only 15 minutes by taxi to get
from the NAP airport to the port. However, I recommend booking in advance because July is peak
season and the best guides get booked weeks in advance. Would you like to go out for the whole day
or just at dawn? They say the fish bite much better in the morning. |
