I’ve been hearing about how dangerous it can be if you don’t clean your dryer vent regularly, but honestly, I have no idea how to do it. I usually just clean out the lint trap after every load, but that’s about it. I’ve read that clogged dryer ducts can cause fires, and now I’m getting paranoid. Does anyone here have tips for cleaning the dryer duct safely and thoroughly?

Then I found a really helpful guide on house cleaning tips that
walked me through the process step by step. It explained how to unplug everything safely, detach the
vent, and use special brushes to get rid of the hidden lint. I followed their steps, and not only
did my dryer work better, but it also gave me peace of mind knowing I lowered the fire
risk. |

I didn't even think that everything was so serious and that you could clean everything yourself so
easily. Honestly, I was always afraid to get in there, suddenly I'll break something or, on the
contrary, make it worse. But after your words, I already want to try. By the way, did you use any
special tools or just what was at hand? And how much time did it take you to do all this cleaning? |
