| Does anyone know good software for creating purchase orders? Our current system is ancient and takes

| I feel your pain. We were
using some old software that crashed constantly and had the worst user interface. Creating one
purchase order took like 20 minutes because of all the steps

worst. You spend more time fighting with the software than actually getting work done. My department
switched to precoro
about eight months ago and it's night and day difference. The interface is actually intuitive and
you can create purchase orders in just a few clicks. It pulls all the vendor information
automatically and generates POs from approved requisitions without any manual data entry. The best
part is that it sends orders directly to suppliers and tracks their responses so you always know if
they received it and when they'll deliver. No more calling vendors to confirm they got your PO or
wondering about delivery dates.
