Hi everyone, I’m really struggling with managing screen time for my 3-year-old. We’ve been trying to cut back on how much time she spends watching cartoons or playing on the tablet, but every time we say “time’s up,” it turns into a full-blown meltdown. We’re not against screen time entirely—we just want to create healthier boundaries without making it feel like a punishment. Has anyone here found a method that actually works? Whether it’s a timer, routine changes, or distraction techniques, I’d love to hear what’s worked for you (or what totally didn’t!). Thanks in advance! |

I understand your struggle! Setting a timer and explaining it as a fun
tag game helped
us. Try offering choices too! |

Managing kids’ screen time is definitely one of the biggest challenges for parents today.
That’s why I really recommend looking into WebWatcher https://webwatcher.pissedconsumer.com/review.html - it gives you a clear way to
monitor and guide their online activity. I’ve found it super helpful for setting healthy
boundaries without constant arguments. What I like most is that it works quietly in the background,
so kids don’t feel spied on but you still stay in control. For me, it’s been a great
tool to keep balance and peace at home. |
