I manage properties in different countries and last year I switched to the offshore holding
company model. All the information I needed was in the Offshore Company Formation
section where other investors explained their strategies. I used an IBC in Seychelles to centralise
rental income and this allowed me to simplify banking and reinvest more efficiently. You still need
to comply with local tax requirements, but it helps to keep things in order globally. However, try
to avoid “blacklisted” jurisdictions - some countries will not sign leases with offshore
companies from “bad reputation” countries. |
