niet-natuurlijke vitaminen pies je er weer uit.....

Doe het alleen voor vit D(3) voor mezelf en de kinderen. Voor de rest heb je het niet nodig. Hier waar we zitten is het al vanaf 3 dec teKk koud om buiten te zijn, tussen -12 en -20celsius 😟dus dan moet je toch wat. maar voor alle andere vitamines is het echt onzinnig

Ik heb ze jarenlang vitamines bijgegeven ( en mezelf ook) ondanks dat er regelmatig onderzoeken gepubliceerd zijn die de werking in twijfel trekken. Maar laatst las ik een onderzoek en was ik echt overstag, het voegt niks toe, zeker niet op een normaal voedingspatroon. Ik bespaar dus zowel 11,- als 1,99 tegenwoordig.

Uit een ander onderzoek bleek zelfs dat mensen die vitamines bijslikken ongezonder zijn, en zelfs eerder sterven.. Maar goed, er zijn zoveel onderzoeken dat t soms lastig is...

Wisten jullie dat ze in sommige ziekenhuizen willen weten of je extrz vitamines of iets homeopathisch geeft. In het wkz zijn ze er helemaal niet zo blij mee als je extra's geeft.

Die beertjes heb ik trouwens Kirsten ook gegeven toen ze peuter was. Dat was dan ipv een snoepje. Zie er het kwaad niet zo van in.

dat is ook de reden dat mijn kinderen ook multi vits bij krijgen
en dat meer omdat ze gewoon erg slecht groentes eten

als ik niets bij zou slikken zou ik doodziek zijn dus ik zie het nut er zeker van in
en eerder sterven tja zonder zou ik nog veel zieker zijn

Heb hier een zoontje dat absoluut alle groente en vrijwel al het fruit weigert. Dus ik geef multivitamines. Beter dan niets.. Goede tip van de action!
